What May Cause the Cost of my Trust Package to be Higher?

The cost of a trust package increases where any of the following may apply: (1) ownership of multiple parcels of real estate; (2) Special Needs Trust provisions; (3) life estates; (4) ownership interest in an LLC, corporation, partnership, or real estate investment trust; (5) ownership of patents; trademarks; logos; authorship; books; and copyrights.
